Our History
In 1978, René Herzog and Hansrudolf Kull founded the electrical engineering office Herzog + Kull as a sole proprietorship in Aarau. In the same year, they transformed into a stock corporation, marking the beginning of a successful story.
In 2015, the company successfully completed the handover to the second generation.
